• ⚠Latvia's investor residency (property-linked) needs a renewal filing roughly every 5 years that typically requires biometrics in person, so 'no physical presence' isn't truly indefinite.
• ⚠None of these routes count toward naturalization — if the end goal is eventually a passport, a zero-presence card is usually a dead end, not a stepping stone.
