What does this mean if you're looking for a visa?

A sponsor licence means Shan Services Limited T/A Nisa Local can issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for the routes above — a prerequisite for those work visas. It does notmean the company has vacancies or will sponsor you: you still need a genuine job offer meeting the route's skill and salary thresholds, and the employer chooses whether to sponsor.
