What does this mean if you're looking for a visa?

A sponsor licence means P TURLEY & SONS T/A FLAX@TURLEYS can issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for the routes above — a prerequisite for those work visas. It does notmean the company has vacancies or will sponsor you: you still need a genuine job offer meeting the route's skill and salary thresholds, and the employer chooses whether to sponsor. An “A rating” is the standard, good-standing rating; a “B rating” means the sponsor is on an improvement plan.
