Dominica's Ministry of Foreign Affairs oversees a small diplomatic presence, and the country is best known internationally for its citizenship-by-investment programme. Very few states maintain resident embassies in Roseau, with most foreign relations handled through regional missions elsewhere in the Caribbean.
