🇵🇱 Pet Import to Poland
Poland applies EU Pet Travel Regulation (EU) No 576/2013. Pets arriving from other EU states need an EU Pet Passport, ISO microchip implanted before vaccination, and a current rabies vaccine at least 21 days old, with no quarantine required. Arrivals from unlisted third countries must present a FAVN rabies titer test of at least 0.5 IU/ml taken 30 days after vaccination, followed by a 3-month waiting period, plus an official health certificate. Given Poland's land borders with Ukraine and Belarus, informal or undocumented pet crossings are a known enforcement focus, making complete paperwork especially important at those crossings.
