🇱🇹 Pet Import to Lithuania
Lithuania applies EU Pet Travel Regulation (EU) No 576/2013. Pets entering from other EU states need an EU Pet Passport, ISO microchip implanted before vaccination, and a rabies vaccine at least 21 days old, with no quarantine required. Non-EU arrivals from unlisted countries must undergo a FAVN rabies antibody titer test (≥0.5 IU/ml) at least 30 days after vaccination, followed by a 3-month wait, plus an official veterinary health certificate. As a Schengen external border state bordering Belarus and Russia's Kaliningrad exclave, Lithuania enforces particularly strict document checks on pets arriving overland from the east.
