Apostille
legalAn apostille is a form of authentication issued to documents for use in countries that are parties to the 1961 Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents. It certifies the authenticity of the signature, the capacity of the signer, and the identity of any seal or stamp on the document. Apostilles are commonly required for birth certificates, marriage certificates, educational qualifications, and legal documents used in immigration and citizenship applications. Over 120 countries are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention.
